FEE SCHEDULE FOR CLINICAL SERVICES

Five Week Assessment, Stabilization, and Attachment Program
Application/Assessment Fee (fee applied toward treatment if family is accepted into Intensive Program)	$ 250.00
Clinical Fees (charges for the services of a team of psychotherapists, therapeutic treatment foster parents, psychiatrist, as needed, during five-week treatment)	$190.00/day $6,650 for 35 days
Psychiatric evaluation with report	$750.00
Hometown Therapist Supervision (provided during treatment)	No Charge
Neuro-feedback sessions (5 hours)	$500.00
Follow-up Consultation (with parents & hometown therapist)	No Charge
Five day intensive family work includes 15 hours of family therapy, parent training in treatment home, treatment planning at discharge, five hours of follow-up phone consultation by therapist and/or treatment parent	$2,350.00
Total cost for the program	$10, 500.00
Other Service Fees
Extended treatment and therapeutic foster care includes therapy, medication management, and treatment foster care.	$190.00/day
Therapeutic Respite Care Short term therapeutic foster care for previous clients or outpatient clients of one of the Institute therapists.	$150.00/day
Psychiatric Evaluations A full psychiatric evaluation to assist with differential diagnoses and medication management is an important part of our treatment program.	$750.00
Out Patient Therapy Therapy is provided by attachment therapists on an out-patient basis.	$125.00/hr.
